Conditions for Return & Exchange
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- You received the wrong item, size, or color.
- Product lost or missing during shipment.
- Any technical error occurred (e.g., wrong order placement, money deduction).
Please note: Color variations or size confusion due to customer decision must be checked carefully before placing an order. In such cases, return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customer Pays: If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size, or color preference.
Esmore Lifestyle Pays: If the product has damage, defect, or any issue caused from our side.
Refund & Exchange Process
Eligible returns can be exchanged for the same item (if available) or store credit.
Direct refunds will only be issued in cases where exchange/store credit is not possible.
After receiving the returned product, Esmore Lifestyle reserves the right to review the issue and make the final decision on exchange or refund.
Excluded Products
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Accessories (bags, jewelry, etc.)
- Undergarments
- Customized products
- Sale or discounted items

Final Note
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange request.
